Processing time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). You'll receive an email with tracking details once your order ships.
Delivery estimates
• Singapore & Malaysia: 5-10 business days after dispatch
• United States and all other countries we ship to: 7-15 business days after dispatch
These are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery times can vary with carrier, customs processing, and peak periods.
Shipping costs
• International orders: free Standard shipping.

We ship to the countries available at checkout. If your country isn't listed, contact us and we'll let you know if we can help.
Tracking
Tracking numbers are emailed once your order is dispatched. Tracking can take 2-5 days to update as your parcel moves between carriers.
Customs, duties and taxes
International parcels may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by your local customs authority or carrier. Unless shown at checkout, these charges are the buyer's responsibility.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address entered by the customer. If you spot a mistake, contact us straight away.
Delayed or lost parcels
If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of your shipping confirmation, email us and we'll investigate and either reship or refund your order.
Multiple items
If you order more than one item, they may arrive in separate parcels.
